The Annual Staff Trip 2026 was organized from 13th February 2026 to 15th February 2026 to Varkkala. The group departed from Ahalia Campus at 9:00 PM on 13.02.2026 after completing the necessary arrangements.

On Day 2, staff members visited Sunrise Island, Sambranikodi, the Floating Market, and Varkkala Beach. The visit provided an opportunity to experience the scenic coastal environment, explore local culture, and spend quality time together in a relaxed setting. The schedule was followed smoothly, and the trip was conducted safely and in a well-coordinated manner. The group returned to campus at approximately 2:00 AM on Day 3, concluding the trip successfully without any incidents.

The staff trip significantly strengthened teamwork and coordination among members by providing an informal platform for interaction beyond the workplace. It enhanced professional bonding, encouraged open communication, and fostered a spirit of collaboration.
