On June 17, 2023, a special event called “Merit Day” was held at Palakkad Lions School, organised by PDSSC. The event aimed to honour the high achievers of SSE (Senior Secondary Examination) and SSCE (Secondary School Certificate Examination) for the academic year 2022-23. Notably, students who secured the top positions in Class X and XII from Ahalia Public School were also recognized and awarded certificates for their outstanding performances.
