Dr. Dinesh Babu, Master Trainer, CBSE and Principal, CSM Central School, Thrissur, conducted an impactful orientation on ‘Classroom Management’ for the teachers. The session was facilitated by Oxford Publications.

It was a thought provoking session that focused on the reasons behind misbehaviour and possible solutions, how to ensure student engagement in class activities, children’s need for structure, and how to provide proper feedback to the students.

Dr. Dinesh Babu emphasised on the importance of patience and perseverance in teachers and reminded them that lasting change takes time.

Overall, the session was an eye-opener that stated how to be an effective teacher who can mould students into productive citizens of the nation who serve humanity.
