The APS Ground came alive on 04 July 2026 as the PE Department hosted the Trionda FIFA World Cup Celebration – Inter House Football Championship. School Academic Coordinator Mr. Raju P inaugurated the event with an address and ceremonial kick-off, followed by an energetic cheer girls’ dance that set the festive tone.

Staying true to the FIFA spirit, the four houses represented football powerhouses: Prithvi House as Argentina, Jal House as Brazil, Agni House as France, and Vayu House as Portugal.

In the semi-finals, Prithvi House edged past Jal House 1-0, while Vayu House delivered a strong 3-0 win over Agni House. Jal House recovered to take third place with a 2-0 victory against Agni House.

The final between Prithvi and Vayu was intense and closely fought. A single decisive goal helped Vayu House clinch the championship trophy with a 1-0 win.

The championship successfully promoted teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship, giving students a memorable taste of World Cup excitement right on campus.
