As part of the Bag-less Day initiative, a series of fun and skill-based activities were conducted for Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG students. The objective of the day was to promote joyful learning, physical movement, and the development of life skills without the use of school bags.
The children actively participated in Freeze Dance, which helped improve their listening skills, coordination, and ability to follow instructions. The Breathe with Force activity guided students to practice deep breathing, supporting relaxation, body awareness, and emotional regulation. Through the Shoe Lacing activity, students were encouraged to develop fine motor skills, independence, and self-help habits.
The activities fostered confidence, concentration, and cooperation among the children. The Bag-less Day was engaging, enjoyable, and meaningful, providing students with hands-on learning experiences in a stress-free and playful environment
