The students of Class XI were taken to attend the IGNITE – Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition held at the Punarjani Auditorium.on 27th February 2026.The visit was organized with the objective of exposing students to emerging technologies, innovative ideas, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
The students reached the venue at 10:00 AM. The programme began with the inaugural session, where the organizers highlighted the importance of innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship among young minds.
After the inaugural ceremony, students were given the opportunity to explore the expo stalls. The exhibits were well presented, and participants explained their projects clearly and interactively. Many innovative models were showcased, especially in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Some of the notable exhibits included:
* AI-based assistive devices for visually impaired individuals
* Drug detection systems
* “Gestalk” – a gesture recognition communication device
* Other technology-driven solutions addressing real-life problems
The students actively observed the exhibits, interacted with the presenters, and gained valuable insights into practical applications of science and technology.
The visit was highly informative and inspiring, encouraging students to think creatively and develop innovative ideas for the future. The group returned safely to school by 12:00 PM.
Overall, the visit to IGNITE proved to be an enriching learning experience for the students.
