Pottery Workshop

The pottery making workshop conducted by Ahalia Public School on 12th September provided students with hands-on experience in shaping clay, exploring creativity, and developing fine motor skills. Participants learned various techniques, including hand-building and wheel-throwing, and discovered the art of surface decoration and glazing. The workshop fostered creativity, imagination, and self-expression, while enhancing problem-solving abilities and fine motor skills. Students developed confidence in their artistic abilities and took pride in their creations. The workshop was a valuable experience, promoting relaxation and stress relief while encouraging students to explore their artistic side. This initiative underscores the importance of integrating arts and crafts into education, nurturing students’ holistic development and creative potential. By incorporating such activities, schools can provide a well-rounded education that goes beyond academics, helping students develop essential life skills.
