International Yoga Day 2024

On International Yoga Day, our students gathered in APS auditorium to participate in a special yoga session, embracing the spirit of this global celebration of health and wellness. The event was a vibrant testament to the growing awareness and appreciation of yoga’s benefits among young people.

The event highlighted the importance of incorporating yoga into daily routines to enhance physical and mental well-being. Students left the session feeling rejuvenated and inspired, carrying forward the lessons of discipline, balance, and inner peace that yoga teaches.
